Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@paperluxestudios.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
